Given the
uncertain economy that we’re living in today, many people are finding that they
have to reinvent themselves. Tired of going on job interview after job
interview and grilled about your prior experience only to never even receive
the courtesy of a rejection phone call, letter or email?
Or even worse, you’re offered a position with a job description a mile long,
minimal benefits (if any) and a salary that transports you back to the early
1990s! Stop! Let’s not ignore the writing on the wall.
Things in the corporate world are not getting any better and now with the uncertainties
that COVID-19 has brought, if you don’t make another way for yourself now,
you may just find yourself out in the cold … literally!
Why wait for that to happen? Start digging your well before you’re
thirsty. And, if you’re already thirsty …
well you better dig fast! Many of us have an entrepreneur trapped
inside longing to emerge, however, we’ve been conditioned by society to
follow the masses and “get a good job”. Well, if that good job has been
evading you as it has me for the past several years, maybe that’s God’s way of
telling you you’re made for much much more.
It’s time to step out of your comfort
zone and try something new. Life’s too short to not explore other
options and live the life you’ve always dreamed about. I’m digging my
well and working towards my dream.
